Corfe Mullen is an annual event for the band and is always a great carnival to be a part of. A lot of the band's members live in Corfe Mullen, so there's a certain sense of pride that the band get when playing to their neighbours and community.

The day was sunny and hot. We set off behind the piper and the Town Crier and headed through Corfe Mullen playing to the crowds that had gathered to watch. We received applause as we went, playing a variety of tunes to suit the mood. After marching along the long main road and up past the middle school, we arrived at the finishing point and lead the carnival through the arena.

Although the day was hot, it was enjoyed by all the members, some of whom were on their first parade.
