Summer Carnival

The Summer Carnivals are highly enjoyable events which are usually accompanied by glorious weather. The Summer Carnivals are held in the middle of the day, with plenty of floats, walkers and bands. These carnivals usually have a fair or fete somewhere as well, so they're certainly something worth coming along to watch.
